Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to:

  • • Pay all fees as outlined in your proposal or contract

  • • Authorize Profit Nova (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on file

  • • Understand that all payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing

For subscription or retainer services, you will be billed on a recurring basis until canceled.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided after work begins. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

Clients may cancel ongoing subscriptions with written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software created by Profit Nova remain the intellectual property of Profit Nova unless explicitly transferred via contract. You may not reuse or resell our work without permission.

Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.
